Some nice pieces in the collection….other pieces didn't care for at all (pom pom ball bags?)…and overall collection feels a bit all over the place. Either way I feel collection as a whole could have been shown-off better. Don't like white sneakers. Distracting. Also the physical space takes away from the show. Red/white floor squares are horrid and windows on upper walls take eyes away from collection. And not sure if it was high-speed photography or if models were walking way too fast?
i think this is TRASH, she is fed up with Kering and wants out and this shitty collection is manifestation of this. Her glory days are behind her as she runs to Balenciaga possibly to succeed Wang

I feel like she's been stepping into Margiela's design pool for several seasons now. It's very much her interpretation of Margiela's aesthetic but Margiela nonetheless. I enjoy what Philo does and only hope she keeps evolving her vision for Celine.
